BNR Radio 005 SCNTST – November Mix

SCNTST was born in 1993. Despite looking very young, his music, on the contrary, sounds very adult and capable of shaping and paving the ways into which modern techno is evolving to.

Impressed by a critically acclaimed German movie about Techno music, he started learning on his own how to produce electronic music with Ableton Live in 2010. SCNTST rapidly started to develop his own remarkable sound, while promising to himself to always remain true to his own style. And success wasn't long coming: together with his friend Etnik from Hamburg, he soon releases some of his work on a small label in America. Slowly but surely his musical style changed from trashy electro to advanced techno, which was very well received on his SoundCloud page. With people loving his new material, and after several recommendations on Twitter, he got in touch with Alex Rhida who became a fan of the young Munich boy.

More than a year down the line and after his first EP on Boys Noize Records, SCNTST returns with his second single, giving us a teaser of his upcoming Album. Inspired by Jersey Club, Baltimore, Breaks and big room Techno - a 'fusioned' version of all the good elements combined to be found in 'Premelodic Structures', that you can listen to here.
